It's snowing in La Grange!

It's exciting to see snow here, even just a little. We've got the woodstove fired up inside the house, and we just had some delicious meatloaf that I made. We took a little walk outside in the snow, with the three dogs and Buster the cat. All day we've been seeing lots of bird activity outside. The birds don't seem to be affected by the cold or the snow (they are tougher than we are).

I was standing outside for a little while, listening to the snow fall and the birds busily going about their day. On days like this, I am truly thankful for nature's beauty and magnificence.
